Recognising the best hostels of 2007, the sixth annual Hostelworld.com Awards Ceremony took place in Dublin in conjunction with the Hostelworld conference. Based on reviews made by Hostelworld.com customers after staying in hostels, the average individual ratings awarded in 2007 combined to give the HOStelworld Customers Annual Ratings or HOSCARs!
