Engaging the Online Customer
The Social Web and You…
How important is user generated content in today’s 2.0 travel world?
What can I do to leverage UGC to benefit my business?
How do I monitor and deal with the effects of negative UGC?
What is revenue management and how can it increase profits?
What ancillary revenue streams exist for hostels?
Travel 2.0 is still a hot topic for the travel industry and while we introduced the concept at last year’s Hostel Conference, we will delve further into the issue of User Generated Content and its’ importance in online buying habits.
We will look specifically at how User Generated Content (UGC) now plays a remarkable role in young people’s decision making process, and the opportunities it presents to you as an accommodation provider, along with the threats it may pose.
On day 2 we’ll focus on the money, giving you insights into how Revenue Management and Yield Management practices can be applied to the hostel business. We will also look at ancillary revenue streams for hostels and how you can increase your margins by focusing on items outside of pure bed sales.
Join us this January for our best conference yet, packed full of interesting speakers with even more time for debate and networking.
